General Conduct

  • Follow all instructions provided by the facilitator.
    Our sessions are guided by trained professionals. Listening carefully and adhering to their directions helps ensure both your safety and the collective flow of the group.
  • Be respectful and mindful of others.
    We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment. Please treat fellow participants with kindness, patience, and consideration.
  • Maintain a distraction-free environment.
    Mobile phones and other devices should be silenced or put away during sessions. Full presence enhances the quality of the experience for everyone.

Attire and Physical Safety

  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
    Choose comfortable, flexible attire and supportive shoes suitable for movement-based activities.
  • Know your limits and listen to your body.
    Although our programs are designed for all fitness levels, each individual is responsible for recognizing their own boundaries. If at any point you feel unwell, dizzy, or in pain, stop the activity immediately.

Health & Responsibility

  • Consult with a healthcare professional if needed.
    If you have any existing medical conditions, physical limitations, or recent injuries, we strongly recommend consulting your physician before participating in any fitness activities.
  • Participation is at your own risk.
    By joining any Dotfeel House fitness or wellness session, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any risks involved. While we do our best to ensure safety, your personal health decisions and actions remain your own.
