First Session Guarantee

Your first session is 100% money-back guaranteed. If for any reason you’re not satisfied after your initial session, just let us know and we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked.

Ongoing Sessions

For prepaid sessions or packages:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, except in cases of emergencies (please contact us directly).
• Refunds are not provided after a session has been completed, unless it was your first session and you are invoking the guarantee.
