These challenges test your balance, coordination, and focus using yoga blocks and fitness balls. Stay mindful of your body and breath to:

Challenge Overview

  • Level 1: Complete 2 challenges
  • Level 2: Complete 1 challenge
  • Level 3: Complete 1 challenge

🃏 Challenges are randomly drawn from a deck of cards.

⚠️ One-time substitution allowed for injury-related challenges.

If a participant cannot complete a challenge due to injury, they may exchange their card once for a different challenge.
If they still cannot complete the new challenge, their competition ends, and their score up to that point will be counted.
